Today we are thankful! Thankful for a great second performance of Song of Songs. Thankful for Dr. Copeland who brought us to Geneva College to perform. Thankful for Molly Wanek, Elise Mann, Genavieve Coleman, and Lindsey Dietz for helping with the set up and take down of our set and reception. Thankful for Renee Suhr of Stray Cat Studio for her creation of our goblet and for encouraging and supporting our work.
We are nearing a year of being Amiche. It is hard to believe what this year has brought. We are growing and learning and finding unexpected things along the way. But our mission, to create as friends with our passions, and to celebrate art, has blossomed in ways both beautiful and unexpected.
And perhaps the most beautiful gift has been the community. The wonderful people who have come alongside in so many different ways. We are thankful for the many people who have connected with us, for our audience members, for those who have helped us with the very practical parts of setting up and cleaning up, and for those who have provided words of encouragement and support to help us keep moving forward.
So thank you! Thank you to those who have and are supporting us as we keep stepping forward on this new journey. You inspire us to keep creating!
